Job Description:
RENT-A-CENTER ACCOUNT MANAGER Rent-A-Center, as the nations leading rent-to-own business, is the employer of choice by over 16,000 employees working in its more than 2800 locations nationwide including Puerto Rico and Canada. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: " Review expired accounts and communicate with customers to promote timely payments " Keep accurate records of past due account activity " Prospect for new business by telemarketing and distributing print materials " Get new rental orders over the phone and on the sales floor " Deliver, assemble, install and pick up merchandise required " Make merchandise Rent Ready when it is returned from customers homes " Complete customer service callas in a timely manner as directed " Keep assigned vehicle(s) clean and maintained as required for safe operation " Follow all policies & procedures and adhere to all standards " Any other duties assigned by store manager or assistant manager(s) The RAC benefits package includes 401K, dental/health/life insurance, paid sick time, paid vacation, paid company holidays, and job training.

Compensation:
48 hour work week positions starting at $9.75 or $26,000 annually pay increase after four months and again after one year of service and continuous pay increase at six month intervals.

Desired Qualifications:
JOB REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE " Excellent customer service skills " Minimum of 3 years of retail or related experience " Furniture sales and delivery preferred " Delivery and installation experience preferred " Ability to effectively manage time " Strong oral communication and listening skills " Valid drivers license with good driving record and a minimum of 1 year of driving history " Heavy lifting, and delivering of furniture, appliances, electronics, and computers " Must be at least 21 years of age " HS Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
