Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team providing personal supports to adults with Developmental Disabilities in their home in Minot. DSP's are responsible for supporting the consumers in such a way as to promote choice, encourage skill building as defined by the PCP team, and teach dignity and respect by role modeling both. This exciting part time position will consist of two to three shifts per week including weekends. A detailed job description is available on request

Compensation:

Desired Qualifications:
High School Diploma, clean driving record, First Aid/CPR, CRMA and MANDT certification helpful, but LEAP, Inc will provide training. Must be able to lift and carry typical household items including trash bags, groceries, laundry as well as assuring walkways are clear of snow and ice.
