Job Description:
Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. is one of the leading customer contact centers offering innovative services and technology to our clients to help them provide customer service, increase sales and retain customers. As ACS continues to grow, we are continually interviewing candidates to train on different projects for a variety of nationally known companies. The Customer Service Representative position we are now hiring for involves retention sales. The is an inbound call that offers great earning potential and a challenge for the sales-orientated applicant. Available hours always include at least one weekend shift and we are mostly hiring for second shift full time hours. Potential candidates must be 18 years or older, have basic computer skills and be detail orientated. One year call center experince or a background with strong sales or customer service desired. This is an entry-level job with room for advancement and includes $9.00/hr base pay plus incentives, health benefits after 90 days and a great working environment. Compensation:
Staring pay is $9.00 per hour plus bonus incentives. Employees receive a review every six months and may be eligible for a pay increase at that time. Health benefits after 90 days.

Desired Qualifications:
Applicants must be 18 years or older and have a good command for the English language. Ability to type 25 wpm or more and basic computer skills desired. Must thrive in a fast paced work environment.
Notes:
